Soujanya Sangam, MD

Soujanya Sangam, MD is a board certified physician in Internal Medicine. She graduated from Osmania Medical College, Hyderabad, India in 1997. After that, she came to USA and completed Internship and Residency in Internal Medicine from Oakwood Hospital and Medical Center, Dearborn, Michigan in 2002. Since then, Dr. Sangam relocated to Jacksonville and has been practicing Internal Medicine in both Primary Care and Inpatient Hospital settings. Dr. Sangam's special interests include Wellness visits, Cancer Screening and Women's health issues. Dr. Sangam is a very compassionate person and believes in patient education and counseling as an integral part of her medical practice.

Away from the office, Dr. Sangam is actively involved in various community volunteer organizations. She participates in free community health fairs, promotes free breast cancer screening and conducts support groups for families with special need children.

During her leisure time, Dr. Sangam enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with her husband and 2 children.
