Jana Robinson, ARNP

Jana Robinson obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida State University. Post graduation, she was employed at Capital Regional Medical Center, formerly Tallahassee Community Hospital. Her experience as a Registered Nurse included the ER and the Progressive Care Unit. Jana returned to her alma mater to earn her Master's of Science in Nursing, graduating with honors. She is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner.

Jana relocated to Jacksonville in 2004 and joined Dr. Chris Rathburn's practice. Jana's interest includes all aspects of general primary care. She finds her job a privilege in helping with one's medical care.

Jana is an active member in the Junior League of Jacksonville, which has given her the opportunity to volunteer and focus on issues in Duval County facing public education and foster care. When not at work, Jana enjoys spending time with her husband and her family.

What is an ARNP?

ARNP stands for advanced registered nurse practitioner. This is a registered nurse who has completed graduate level training and received a masters degree in nursing. Nurse practitioners focus on health promotion, disease prevention, and patient education.
